The Responsible Decarbonization Alliance (RDA) and Full Circle Bioconversion LLC, in partnership with the City of Williamsport, announce the inaugural Williamsport Earth Day Celebration, a free, family-friendly community event taking place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Brandon Park in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

The event invites residents of the greater Williamsport and Lycoming County area and visitors to come together to celebrate the Earth, explore local sustainability efforts, and connect with neighbors, organizations, and businesses that are making a difference in their community.

A Day for the Whole Family
The Williamsport Earth Day Celebration will feature live music, including a band shell concert with Josh Hines, hands-on activities for all ages, local vendors, a poetry path, and food trucks. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear presentations from Lycoming College students and professors on topics including sustainability, climate change, and practical ways to get involved locally. Admission is free and open to the public.

Building Community Through Environmentalism
The event is designed to be as much about community as it is about the environment. The goal is simple: to offer people a communal, fun way to spend a Spring Saturday, meet their neighbors, and learn about organizations and businesses in our community they may not have known about before.

An Inaugural Event with a Long-Term Vision
Organizers have announced their intention for the Williamsport Earth Day Celebration to become an annual tradition, growing each year in participation, programming, and community impact.
